Rose is one of the oldest settlements in Montenegro. Having many archaeological sites, both in the sea and on the land, this small place attracts many divers from all around the world who wish to do underwater archaeological research and see shipwrecks from ancient past.
The most interesting site is the old fortress called Forte Rose, and just after it, in the small bay you can find many sandy beaches.
The house in this charming little sea village has an area of 197 m2, out of which the ground floor has an area of 107 m2 and the first floor has an area of 90 m2.
There is also the small basement of 15 m2 and the water tank with 120 m3 capacity.
The yard of 300 m2 gives many possibilities for landscaping.
